1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JJWin ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the JJWin website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the JJWin platform, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with JJWin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the JJWin platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on JJWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of JJWin or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from JJWin or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Services.

JJWin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of JJWin Services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all JJWin accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one JJWin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. JJWin is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. JJWin will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Account verification (KYC): JJWin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
• Non-transferability: Your JJWin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

JJWin reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on JJWin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. JJWin does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your JJWin account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JJWin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank online banking. Available methods may change from time to time at JJWin's discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, less any applicable processing fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱50 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may differ and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the verified account holder's name. JJWin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. JJWin aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.
• JJWin does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment channel. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers may take one to three business hours during standard banking hours.
• JJWin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

JJWin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. JJWin reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: JJWin reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

JJWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JJWin platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the JJWin platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with JJWin.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your JJWin account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward JJWin staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the JJWin platform or its underlying technology.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the JJWin platform — including but not limited to the JJWin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of JJWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the JJWin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any JJWin content without prior written authorization.
• Use the JJWin name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any JJWin content or platform features.
• Use any JJWin content for commercial purposes of any kind.

Any unauthorized use of JJWin's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the JJWin platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 12.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JJWin and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JJWin platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services for any reason, including scheduled maintenance or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game results, provided that such results were generated by certified random number generation systems or live dealer mechanics.
• Loss or corruption of data associated with your account.

JJWin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JJWin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

JJWin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session are available upon request.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate the player's JJWin account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

10.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your JJWin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

10.2 Termination by JJWin

JJWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or provide required verification documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

In cases of termination for cause, JJWin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the JJWin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, JJWin reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
